We are 2 Canadians planning a self-catering holiday for about 6 weeks in late April through June next year. I am interested in several of your properties, but I don't see an explanation of deposits, payment procedures, etc. Please advise.
When I check availability for the month of december, the 18th is usually the last available date. Why is that? Is there any chance to find availability for new year's eve?
I would like to make a late booking for a cottage at Christmas and not pay top rates, a friend told me that I would be lucky to get anywhere if I leave it late.
