For visitors to Cheshire cottages make an ideal base from which to this historic undiscovered county. Holly Bank Cottage sits amidst the fertile Cheshire Plain, a rural predominately farming area, famous for its dairy herds and beautiful black and white buildings, yet just 11 miles from Chester. A few miles away is Tarporley, a large village with historic buildings, numerous antique and fashion shops as well as excellent eating places.
