Superb rambles start from the doorstep – the Limestone Way passes through the farm and the summit of the Heights of Abraham cable car and the Great Masson Cave in Matlock Bath are only a short walk – yet Matlock’s many pubs, restaurants, shops and swimming pool are just 1 mile away. The Peak District’s myriad attractions are easily accessible – Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, the High Peak cycle trail and Carsington Lake for water sports are among those found within 8 miles.
