The New Forest is a genuine walker's paradise with many footpaths to explore. All year round there are guided walks where local experts will tell you about the history, geology, wildlife and folklore beneath your feet. The New Forest is a fantastic place for cycling with miles and miles of traffic-free tracks leading you right into its heart with few hills to worry about.

Straight from a chocolate box, 300 year old Pink Cottage is set in a secluded village location in the heart of the New Forest National Park, just four miles from Fordingbridge. Complemented by a beautiful English country garden and onsite parking for three vehicles, this gorgeous thatched cottage is spacious and comfortably furnished. The New Forest National Park can be reached within two minutes of leaving Pink Cottage, on foot and there is a wonderful village pub serving delicious food within 200 yards, and a large village community shop just past the pub. Fordingbridge lies within a few miles of Woodgreen whilst, a little further afield are Salisbury and Ringwood.
