A really enchanting traditional detached cottage with contemporary comfort and style which enjoys its own, very private, fully enclosed garden in a peaceful Wolds village 6 miles from the market town of Louth and just 20 minutes drive from the unspoilt sandy beach at Sandilands (a beach hut may be rented at small extra cost). There is excellent local walking and many quiet rural lanes for cycling. Medieval Linclon, Doddington Hall, Horncastle with its many antique shops, and Skegness are within easy reach. Horse riding and golf locally. Pub and shop 1 mile.
