In a nutshell: Full of character, lovely rural views, pet friendly. Among the many holiday cottages Lincolnshire has to offer I am really taken by this former church with such a rich history. It is situated halfway between Louth and Lincoln close to the peaceful Lincolnshire Wolds village of Wragby. The Wolds are an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of rolling chalk stretching for 40 miles between the Humber and the Wash and rising to over 500 feet. It is a sparsely populated - there are no large towns - historical landscape with prehistoric barrows, ancient tracks and the distant spires of fine mediaeval churches of the many unspoilt villages.
