This charming 17th century character cottage boasts an enclosed patio area as well as a great location for enjoying the glorious sandy beaches, pretty harbours of the North Norfolk coast and relaxing by the river at St Olaves. Fritton Country Park and Caldicott Hall’s golf course is 1.5 miles. There is good shopping in the market town of Beccles (5 miles) and Great Yarmouth offers family fun. Among the delights within easy reach are the wonderful city of Norwich with its Norman castle and cathedral, Wroxham (the ‘capital’ of the Broads) for river trips and boat hire, Hickling Broad’s nature reserve and Caister Castle’s car collection.
