Tucked away down a quiet lane, on a large corner plot just a short walk from the market square of a traditional Norfolk town, this spacious and comfortably appointed detached property makes an ideal base for a relaxing break, whatever the season. The location is great for enjoying walking and cycling – the start of the Weavers’ Way long distance footpath is only 1 mile away and, running along a disused railway line, the Marriot’s Way bridlepath is a delight. Blickling Hall (N.T.) is close by and both Cromer, with its sandy beaches, delicious crabs and summer end of pier shows, and sailing on the Broads at Wroxham are about 10 miles. Bird watching at Cley and Pensthorpe, Fakenham races and market and the cathedral, castle and shops in the medieval city of Norwich are all an easy drive. Pub and shop 0.25 miles.
Hall. Very spacious sitting/dining room. Well equipped kitchen with door to garden. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Single bedroom. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
