Set on a quiet waterway leading to the River Bure in the popular village of Horning, is this delightful south facing property. The middle cottage of a row of three it has a verandah with steps down to a gravelled waterside garden and moorings. From here lots of boating activity can be watched and nearby Wroxham, the Broadland ‘capital’, offers boat hire. Norwich with its cathedral, castle, museums, theatre and fine shopping is 7 miles. Steam railway, nature trails, craft centres and golf locally. Sandy beaches 10 miles. Horning boasts an indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, shops and riverside inns serving food.
Very comfortable sitting/dining room with fold down double bed (for + 2) and doors to verandah. Well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with 5’ bed. Shower room/WC.
