Our featured Norfolk cottages include this property within walking distance of Dereham, home to the Mid Norfolk Railway. It is East Anglia's longest heritage railway and the fine Victorian railway station in Dereham has been restored to its late 1950s glory, when it was still an important railway junction. The railway is entirely staffed by volunteers who will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the line during your visit. Train services operate most weekends from March to December and on Wednesdays during the summer months.
