Among the holiday cottages Norfolk can offer is this property within walking distance of the historic market town of Aylsham. Situated in the Bure valley in the heart of beautiful rolling countryside it is one of many market towns in the county where the weaving of local cloth brought prosperity in medieval times. There are a number of beautiful stately houses in the area, the most famous of which is Blickling Hall, just over a mile from the town. It is reputed to be the birthplace of Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII.
