At the foot of the beautiful Sterridge Valley, in one of Devon’s prettiest villages, these two attractive properties enjoy a high degree of comfort and a quiet, relaxing ambience. Frequent winner of Best Kept Village and Britain in Bloom, Berrynarbor has a licensed shop/P.O., ancient church, tea rooms and popular 16th century pub. It has little through traffic, yet is just 2 miles from Exmoor and Combe Martin’s beach, rock pools and choice of restaurants and 4 miles from Ilfracombe’s spectacular theatre, indoor pool and golf. It is surrounded by some of the most dramatic coastal and moorland scenery in England and there are miles of marked foot and bridlepaths and cycleways. Woolacombe’s 3 mile long clean sandy beach is just 8 miles away and Barnstaple’s traditional pannier markets, leisure centre and indoor tennis courts are a 20 minute drive. A scenic drive leads to Lynton and Lynmouth, connected by a unique water driven cliff railway. Clovelly and the north Cornish villages are easily accessible. Shop and pub 0.5 miles.
