Only 12 miles from the ski slopes of Glenshee, this well appointed first floor apartment offers lovely countryside views with the Blackwater River running past the bottom of the garden. The owner, whose property is situated next to the cottage, offers free salmon and trout fishing with tackle hire and tuition by arrangement. Excellent walking possibilities are available along the Cateran Trail which meanders through glens, hills and farmland. Nearby Pitlochery offers a festival, theatre, distillery, fine dining, fish ladder and Blair Castle, ancient home to the Atholl Highlanders, to explore. Royal Deeside and Balmoral are an easy drive.
