In the mild climate of the South Hams, this single storey link house enjoys a quiet location just 1.5 miles from the popular water sports centre of Salcombe and 0.5 mile from Malborough’s 3 pubs, shop/garage, tennis courts and children’s play area. The coastal path offers good walking, and superb sandy beaches at Hope Cove and Thurlestone are under 2 miles. Nearby are Overbecks (N.T.), Bigbury and renowned golf courses whilst Torbay, Dartmouth, Plymouth, Slapton Ley nature reserve and Dartmoor are within easy reach.
