With its heather-covered moorland and deep wooded gorges, beautiful lake-like reservoirs and tumbling rocky rivers, thriving market towns and villages, patchwork farmland and craggy granite tors, the Dartmoor National Park is the largest and wildest area of open country in southern England. The north Devon coast has some of the most beautiful and dramatic stretches of coastline in the UK and has something for everyone - from long sandy beaches and rugged rocky bays to picture-postcard coastal villages and busy seaside resorts.
